Nikki Day runs Hustle Home Transactions, handling residential contract-to-close, file auditing and broker compliance, and listing coordination. She takes the backend off an agent's plate: deadlines, signatures, paperwork, lender and title follow-ups, compliance, and client communication. Her stated goal is to prevent the fire, not scramble to put it out, which means catching missing signatures, incorrect dates, and overlooked contract items early rather than letting them sit until the last minute. Agents hear from her by email for routine updates, text when something needs quicker attention, and a phone call when a conversation makes more sense. She works well with solo agents running two to five files a month, and just as well with teams that already have admin support.
